The 2nd Money Shape from Ancient China : FLAT SPADES Design

As when the late Shang Dynasty has a better knowledge and technique in understanding the die-casting process using bronze material combine with other metal material like copper; silver and gold etc......There was a great acheivement in the design of coins made from these metal materials newly discovered by the Shang/Zhou craftmen.
Coins take after the form of their daily tools like spades designed was moulded into coins.
I find the Shang/Zhou Coin craftmen were very creative to designed coins in various shapes and forms which make my collection of ancient china coins much more interesting and knowledgeable than collecting modern coins which are just rounded shape. There are so much to trace the making of such coins and so much to learn about the process ands the moulding of such coins from the Shang and Zhou dynasties.
Note: Spades coin are worth from : US$350 per piece to US$1,500/pc depending on the limited quantity un-earthed.
